Northern Ladies Badminton Association (NLBA) located in Greensborough, Victoria, provides an opportunity for ladies to participate in exercise in a social atmosphere and welcomes new members of all ages at any fitness level.
What is BADMINTON?
Badminton is a racquet sport played using racquets to hit a shuttlecock across a net. It is officially the fastest of all racquet sports. Although stamina and agility are important at a highly competitive level, anyone can play badminton.
A great social sport, badminton is excellent for people of all ages and fitness levels and is a great way to meet new people.
